The first is to simply swipe up from the bottom of the screen to bring up Control Center, then tap the icon for Clock. The second is to open the Clock app and tap the icon for Date & Time. The third is to open Control Center, then tap the icon for Settings. Once in Settings, scroll down and tap General > Date & Time.
